The PACK GIVES BACK Foundation was established to support charitable initiatives that reflect the collective values of PMMI Members and provide meaningful benefits to communities in need.
To ensure the PACK GIVES BACK Foundation remains focused on its charitable mission and serves the broad interests of PMMI's diverse membership, the Foundation will not provide funding, sponsorships, endorsements, or matching gifts for organizations, programs, or activities whose primary purpose is:
- Political advocacy, lobbying, campaign activity, or support of political candidates, parties, or ballot initiatives.
- Religious worship, proselytization, or activities intended to advance a specific faith or religious doctrine.
- Advocacy related to partisan political, ideological, or social issues that are unrelated to the Foundation's charitable mission.
- Activities that discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, age, disability, national origin, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected characteristics.
- Organizations that promote hate, violence, extremism, or unlawful activity.
- Private individual fundraising efforts that do not operate through a recognized charitable organization.
- Activities that primarily benefit a single commercial business, private interest, or for-profit entity.
- Organizations that fail to demonstrate appropriate financial stewardship, transparency, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Causes that could reasonably be expected to create division among PMMI Members or compromise the Foundation's commitment to neutrality and inclusivity.
The Foundation's focus is on supporting charitable initiatives that provide measurable community benefit, including but not limited to disaster relief and recovery, healthcare-related causes, children's services, veteran and first responder support, community welfare initiatives, and other charitable programs that align with the Foundation's mission.
The Foundation reserves the right to review all funding requests and make determinations consistent with its mission, governance policies, and fiduciary responsibilities.
